Location: London, United Kingdom

The Senior Director of Human Resources leads a team of HR business partners in support of the Core Continental Europe and UK segment, the corporate functions, and the supply chain/operations team. Coaches and advises leaders on HR and talent-related matters. Partners with other HR leadership team members to align efforts of HR centers of excellence (COEs). Leads the execution of corporate talent processes, while also identifying and developing innovative, yet practical, solutions that meet specific needs of the business.

In the role, you would be responsible for:

- Directing the application of full-cycle talent management solutions to meet a variety of employee populations and work environments (e.g., corporate, field sales, labs, plants)
- Coaching and supporting team of HR business partners, effectively leveraging and optimizing experience and skills, while providing opportunities for professional growth
- Working effectively alongside HR leadership team peers and, when needed, collaborate to lead global HR initiatives that expand beyond immediate scope of responsibility
- Building strong, trusted and high impact relationships with leaders, up to and including the corporate executive team
- Leading organizational change in conjunction with shifts in culture, strategy, structure or process
- Providing guidance, accountability and creative thinking with regards to succession and development planning efforts
- Partnering with business leadership and HR colleagues to build and sustain an inclusive, team-oriented culture that is reflective of our desired employment value proposition
- Utilizing data, external research and/or employee feedback to identify opportunities where we can improve performance, engagement, diversity, etc.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

- Master\'s degree required in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- Senior-level HRBP/Director in a well-positioned, forward-thinking HR organization with background in a mix of HR specialist areas and/or business leadership roles (e.g., org/talent development, total rewards, talent acquisition, employee relations)
- Prior leadership of professional-level team
- Coaching, influencing and challenging senior executives
- Bringing practical, talent solutions to life within an organization
- High level of strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills to identify business issues and formulate solutions
- Familiarity with new and innovative HR/talent practices
- Superior communication (written & verbal) and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Collaborative; proven ability to rally teams and teammates to deliver results
- Must be authorized to work in United Kingdom
