Job Description

- Strategic and consultative approach to business partnering

- Ability to partner and lead across multiple functions and teams to solve complex problems

- Creative problem-solver who can analyze complex data using consistent methodologies, were possible

- Can derive new logical methodologies, where required, to solve a business need

- Ability to synthesize and visualize key insights and trends

- Capable of managing competing priorities, while delivering high-quality work products, consistently

- Ability to take a data-driven approach to create insights that inform business decisions

- Desire to develop personally and the HR community to be skilled, analytical and business-focused to understand the business and to support revenue and profit targets through the effective delivery of HR analytics

Key deliverable\\\'s include:

- Monthly business unit workforce analytics, planning and reporting† ††

- Operating Review (OR) business unit workforce analytics, planning and reporting

- Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and annual resource planning subject matter and technical leadership, and ownership of key workstreams

- Enterprise workforce analysis as required in support of the VP of Workforce Analytics and CHRO

- Business unit workforce and financial analytics as required by the HRLT, Finance, and business leaders for the areas the Data Analytics Director directly supports

- Development of relevant HR metrics to effectively and efficiently support business management


Ideal Candidate & Qualifications

- Masterís degree and 14+ years of relevant experience

- Experience operating with senior/executive management teams

- Knowledge of the retail, information technology and management consulting industries

- Excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills. Strong ability to analyze, manipulate and understand data.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

- Strong business acumen.

- Expert coaching and counseling skills

- Strong process and project management skills

- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
